Feel Good Food: Winter Vegetarian – Sunday 30 June 2024

$175.00
Sold Out

Willunga
11.00am – 2.30pm

Our popular Feel-Good Food workshop is back for winter with a new collection of effortless meals designed to keep you, your family and friends feeling deliciously nourished and energised during the cooler months.

We’ll be transforming the best and brightest local winter produce into warming meals with minimum fuss and maximum flavour.

Brimming with seasonal veggies, legumes, wholegrains, fresh herbs and flavourful pantry staples, this is one of The Green Gourmet’s most popular workshops that’s designed to answer the age-old question “What’s for dinner tonight?” with meals you can have on the table in 30 minutes, yet are still special enough to share with dinner guests.

As we cook, we’ll be chatting about the natural connection between food, health and joy - and about combining wholefood ingredients to ensure you’re enjoying a good balance of nutrients for vitality and immunity in the cooler months.

We’ll announce the final menu on social media close to the date, but can guarantee there’ll be a vegetable curry or dhal, a zippy pasta or slurpy noodles, a traybake that lets your oven create all the magic, and of course … a little nourishing sweet something to finish with 😊

Your workshop includes:

  • a mix of demonstration and hands-on cooking

  • printed copy of all recipes and notes to take home

  • lots of opportunities to chat and ask questions about wholefood cooking and nutrition

  • shared lunch with a glass of local, natural wine.

How to book and other bits and bobs

  • Please select the number of tickets you wish to book at the checkout. If you are booking on behalf of friends, please let us know their email addresses too.

  • Make sure to note any dietary requirements in your booking.

  • Once you have booked, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

  • During the week before the workshop, we’ll send you a reminder with the location and parking details, and let you know if there’s anything you need to bring on the day.

  • Our Willunga venue has a flight of stairs and is therefore not wheelchair accessible.

  • You can read our full terms and conditions here.
