ALL NEW: Fast & Fresh Vegetarian – Sunday 22 March 2026

$180.00

Willunga
11.00am – 3pm

Our first workshop for 2026 is going to be a beauty!

In usual Green Gourmet fashion, we’ll kickstart the year’s workshops with a brand new collection of fast and fresh meals designed to keep you, your family and friends feeling nourished and energised with minimum effort and maximum flavour, answering the answer the age-old question “What’s for dinner tonight?”.

Each year, I update the workshop with vibrant new recipes that I’ve developed featuring new suppliers, ingredients, methods and flavour combinations, reflecting what we all want to eat right now.

This year’s workshop will feature my adaptations of recipes from two favourite new cookbooks: Hetty Lui McKinnon’s Linger, and Sami Tamimi’s Boustany, which both celebrate the joy of vegetables, story-telling and culture. I’ll also be including some fabulous new recipes I’ve created for award-winning Taronga Almonds, including some ridiculously delicious baking - just in time for Easter.

Look out for sneak-peaks of our final menu on socials closer to the date. But I can guarantee there’ll be a surprising salad that can double as a main course, a modern twist on mejadra: Palestine’s beloved dish of lentils and rice, plus the most decadent new way to enjoy halloumi (you’ll never go back to simply pan-frying it again!). And, of course, there’s that previously mentioned baking in store for you too. 😍

Your workshop includes:

  • a tasty snack to get you started

  • coffee, tea, herbal teas and filtered water throughout the workshop

  • a mix of demonstration and hands-on cooking

  • printed copy of all recipes and notes to take home

  • lots of opportunities to chat and ask questions about wholefood cooking and nutrition

  • shared lunch with a glass of local wine or premium alcohol-free drinks.
