Let’s kick-off 2025 with a new collection of fast and fresh meals designed to keep you, your family and friends feeling deliciously nourished and energised.

We’ll be transforming the best and brightest of South Australia’s summer and early autumn produce from the Willunga Farmers’ Market and local Fleurieu Peninsula suppliers into healthy meals with minimum fuss and maximum flavour.

Brimming with seasonal vegetables, legumes, wholegrains, fresh herbs and flavourful pantry staples, this is one of The Green Gourmet’s most popular workshops that’s designed to answer the age-old question “What’s for dinner tonight?” with meals you can have on the table in 30 minutes.

Each year, we update the workshop with vibrant new recipes that we’ve developed using new suppliers, ingredients, methods and flavour combinations, reflecting what we all want to eat right now. By popular demand, this year our signature Fast & Fresh workshop has become our EVEN Faster & Fresher event, with meals that are extra fun, fresh and quick to prepare.

We’ll announce the final menu on social media close to the date, but can guarantee there’ll be a cooling main course salad, zippy pasta or slurpy noodles, perhaps a tian or traybake, and always a special dish inspired by The Green Gourmet’s lifetime love of travel.

Your workshop includes:

  • a mix of demonstration and hands-on cooking

  • printed copy of all recipes and notes to take home

  • lots of opportunities to chat and ask questions about wholefood cooking and nutrition

  • shared lunch with a glass of local, natural wine.

How to book and other bits and bobs

  • Please select the number of tickets you wish to book. Then click on the ‘Book me in!’ button.

  • The number of tickets you have selected will appear in your shopping cart in the top right hand corner of your screen.

  • Click on the shopping cart to review your order and to checkout. To complete your checkout, click on the ‘Checkout!’ button.

  • Once you have checked out, you’ll be asked to add your email address - this is how we confirm your booking. You’ll also be asked to note any dietary requirements. If you are booking on behalf of anyone else, please let us know their email addresses too.

  • Once you have booked, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

  • During the week before the workshop, we’ll send you a reminder with the location and parking details, and let you know if there’s anything you need to bring on the day.

  • Our Willunga venue has a flight of stairs and is therefore not wheelchair accessible.
