We believe that good health and happiness begin in the kitchen.

Because what you choose to eat has one of the biggest influences on how you feel at every level.

Through workshops, cooking demos, deliciously healthy recipes and retreats, we want to help you rediscover the natural connection between food, health and joy.

We want everyone to enjoy food that tastes great, is good for you, supports local producers, saves money, and helps to reduce waste.

    Interactive workshops

    Our wholefood vegetarian cooking workshops reconnect you with local and seasonal producers and their produce and then get you into the kitchen to learn new ways of creating vibrant, energising food that your taste buds and your body and mind will love.

  • Seasonal vegetables and legumes

    Recipe development

    We love working with local producers, organisations and publishers to develop deliciously nourishing recipes that help to excite people about healthy eating, local and seasonal produce, food byproducts, specialty ingredients, and diverse food cultures.

  • Andrea teaching guests about food and nutrition

    Free cooking demos

    We host regular cooking demonstrations (always with tastings!) with a focus on getting to know local farmers and their produce, and cooking affordable, nourishing meals. Each season, we cook the producer recipe developed for Fleurieu Living Magazine at the Willunga Farmers Market.

    Retreats & other events

    A retreat is the ideal way to immerse yourself in a relaxed setting with like-minded people and to begin an in-depth exploration of the connection between food, health and joy. Join me for a cooking workshop and dinner at one of Untamed Escapes South Australian retreats.

It was fabulous to see many familiar and new faces at The Green Gourmet’s debut demo at the Willunga Farmers’ Market.

Thank you to everyone who came along – I hope you enjoyed the tastings, and most of all, felt inspired to get into your own kitchen and start cooking!
